1. Place sling
over your shoulder and adjust to carrying height. Securely hold your baby
high on the shoulder opposite the rings.
|
2. Lower your baby through
the pouch so his legs come out of the bottom. Spread the fabric high up over
your baby's back and create a seat
with the bottom 'rail' coming well behind his knees
|
3. Take up all the loose
fabric from around your back and draw it to the front of your pouch, securing
it between the arm holding your baby and your rings. This will assist easy
adjustment.
|
4. While supporting your baby
at carrying height begin to tighten sling by pulling the upper rail up and
then down across your body, drawing the tail further through the rings.
|
5. Continue adjusting by pulling on the middle and lower rail of your tail until
your baby feels secured against your body.
|
6. Depending on the age of
your baby or whether she is sleepy you can pull the top rail up to cover and
support your baby's head or you can leave their head and or arms outside the
top rail.
|
7. You can also tuck your baby's legs into a comfortable crossed position and
tuck them inside the bottom rail. Ensure his feet are flat against the
fabric. This should not place undue pressure on his legs as long as you have
his weight adjusted into your body.
