Shipping, Handling And Order Details
Baby Brands is the exclusive worldwide distributor of Hug-a-Bub products. Our helpful service team will do everything we can to get your Hug-a-Bub order filled quickly and accurately.
Within Australia
Orders are usually shipped by Standard Australia Post unless a different arrangement has been made.
The normal shipping charge for one to two carriers is $9.95 unless a special offer applies, which will be highlighted in the page heading.
Bundle orders are shipped according to weight but generally will not exceed $21.00 for up to 3 carriers, unless there's a special offer.
Where ever possible please give both a street address if supplying PO box address as often times our courier can deliver faster but they will only deliver to a street address.
Authority to Leave will be given to Australia Post or our courier for all packages. Please feel free to fill in the comments field with directions for the safest place to leave the package.
Outside Australia
With the same lightning fast dispatch service, Hug-a-Bub international orders are sent by Australia Post airmail Track and Pack service. Your shipping charge is calculated by weight as a general guide each carrier weighs approximately 650 grams. To get a postage estimate for orders, simply add to cart and go to checkout and enter the country.
Simply select your country and freight will be calculated based on the number of carriers x 650 grams.
Delivery times will vary from country to country, but orders are shipped from here within 2 business days and usually leave the country within 4 days. If your postal system is usually very fast you can expect your order as fast as 7 days or if it slow or unpredictable it can take up to 5 weeks.
If you have a special request for express international post or Express Courier, Please say so in the comments field and you will be charged the difference when your order is being processed.
