The Ultimate Green Smoothie for New Mothers


1/2 - 3/4 cup of soft seasonal fruit

1 large handful of chemical free baby spinach

1 handful of parsley, stalks removed

300ml of water, coconut water, nut, grain or dairy milk

1 pinch of quality salt

4-6 walnut halves

1/4 avocado (optional)

1 serve of green superfood powder (optional)

1 cm grated fresh turmeric (optional)

1 tbsp black or white chia seeds


  1. Blend all ingredients except for the chia in a blender until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chia and serve in a tall glass.
